Ramos Pools & Spas recently applied new plaster to our pool and spa, enlarged our steps with new railing, installed new tile on pool/spa steps and benches, coping and deck area improvement, installed new split main drains in pool /spa (code compliant/circulation) and installed a new filter. Fernando (and son Angel) are professional, knowledgeable - communication (prior to signing the contract) and throughout the entire process was over and above,  Fernando outlined the schedule and stayed on schedule, communicated daily, answered all our questions, management oversight was excellent/very reliable and fair pricing. We are pleased with the work that Ramos Pools did.  They were the lowest bid and yet their quality and attention to detail were top notch.  They worked quickly and met every timeline.  Fernando was a pleasure to work with and his expertise was invaluable in laying out the job.  Our work included a complete replaster, new tile, coping, and pavers in the surrounding area. My jacuzzi was leaking. Parts of the jacuzzi seat had delaminated and was leaking water badly. Ramos Pools jackhammered the loose pieces and rebuilt the whole jacuzzi shell. It looks great and even better than originally. The guys were absolutely wonderful.
